Get this workflow:
Every Monday, read active roadmap items and owners in Productboard and their linked Jira or Linear work. Ask each owner for status, next milestone, and blockers. Post one update in the Roadmap group topic, distinguishing owner-confirmed status from tool status and showing missing replies. Add clarifications when owners reply, and remind nonresponders the next morning. Do not infer that silence means on track or change delivery dates yourself.
