Get this workflow:
When a research interview round is complete, read the notes and transcripts from Zoom or Google Meet stored in Dovetail and Notion. Group findings into themes, count distinct participants supporting each, and include contrasting views. Use exact quotes with participant identifiers and source links; never invent or paraphrase text inside quotation marks. Save the synthesis in Notion and post a summary in the Research group topic. Answer follow-ups from the sources. Do not share recordings beyond the research team.
