Links incoming requests to existing roadmap items
Get this workflow:
When a feature request arrives in Intercom, search Productboard and linked Jira items for the same requested outcome. Link the customer feedback to an existing Productboard item when the match is clear. Post the request and linked item in the Product group topic. If several items could match, ask the product owner to choose before linking. Preserve the original request. Never create roadmap commitments, promise dates, or close the customer conversation.

Links the matching item - In your product group topic: the request, its linked roadmap item, and any request needing a human decision.
